Clair’s Senior Session

Clair is one of my close friend’s daughter, so it was a privilege to do her senior session last fall at beautiful Pursell Farms. Her mom, Emily, was the one who helped me get my start in wedding photography so I will always be grateful to her. Plus, she’s one of the easiest to be around and funniest people I know.

Clair is just like her mom, beautiful inside and out and she’s headed to Auburn in the fall with an exciting four years ahead of her. I’m a little late posting, but hers is one of my very favorite senior sessions to date. It was such a gorgeous afternoon at Pursell Farms and all of the gorgeous fall scenery was perfect compliment for this ginger!

Congratulations and much love Clair!! Can’t wait to visit when your mom and I are shooting weddings in Auburn together!

Rachel’s Senior Session at the Creek

I absolutely love creek sessions. The light there is incredibly dreamy, filtered and reflective. Rachel’s senior session was so much fun and she completely trusted me…even when I asked her to sit down in the creek in her white dress. I think the images we got were worth getting a little wet.

Elizabeth’s Senior Session

Elizabeth just graduated from Vestavia Hills High School and is Bama bound! Loved photographing her senior session last month when the wildflower and clover fields were blooming in all their glory. We were blessed with perfect weather and dreamy light too! Wishing Elizabeth all the best as she goes through rush and begins her freshman year at Alabama. Roll Tide!

Lorin, High School Senior Photo Session

I enjoyed meeting and getting to know Lorin and her mom as we roamed around Chelsea, AL for her senior session. She’s a beautiful girl and I thought it was fun that she wanted to include softball, her high school sport, at the end of our shoot.

Brenna’s Urban Senior Session [Morris Ave & Railroad Park]

A few weekends ago Brenna and her family drove over from Tuscaloosa for me to shoot her Senior portraits. She wanted a different look than what her peers were doing in her hometown, so we decided on the urban settings of Morris Avenue and Railroad Park. We were blessed with gorgeous weather for walking around downtown Birmingham on a Sunday afternoon!
