I’ve been working behind the scenes a lot over the past few months, choosing to intentionally ignore all the things social media is trying to force me to do for the oh so elusive algorithm and just focus on my purpose. Sometimes I have to quiet all the noise, put my head down and dig into my business…remembering my why and focus on continuing to pursue excellence for my client experiences and make plans for personal and professional growth after 20 years in business. It’s been good and I feel so renewed in my purpose. The fall wedding season kicks off for me this Saturday with a Nashville wedding (that’s going to be a stunner). Then in the months ahead and into 2024 I’ll be traveling to lovely destinations for my clients. Excited to share all of these stories with you. In the meantime, go check out the newly redesigned Journal (link in bio) with updated content…and still more to come. Yesterday I toured the @southernlivingmag Idea Hou

Yesterday I toured the @southernlivingmag Idea House right here in Franklin, TN. In my opinion, it’s the best one they’ve ever done! I could move right in. 😉 We were told it’s on 22 acres and sold for $6.3 million. Such an amazing house for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. So many wonderful details. My favorite spots? The breakfast room with hand painted mural, the workout room, the music room and the party barn. (Captured on the move with my iPhone.)

In and out of 30A in 24 hours for an industry event yesterday at @pearlrb. It’s hard to leave my favorite beach towns on a beautiful day, but knowing I’ll be back for fall break in October and to shoot a wedding in February makes it a little easier. ☀️ ✈️
