Macy + Logan
Macy and Logan, both University of Kentucky Wildcats, met their freshman year of college on a beach trip. Growing up they lived in neighboring towns, but never knew each other until that spring beach trip, which was the catalyst for their love story throughout the rest of college and beyond. After graduation, Logan took a job in Arkansas and Macy went to grad school at Ole Miss. Their love withstood the temporary long distance and Logan asked her to marry him one summer weekend while they were in Oxford.
Macy chose a gorgeous blush custom dress designed by Nashville’s own Olia Zavozina. After the ceremony in beautiful and historic Scarritt Bennett Wightman Chapel, guests made their way to Richland Country Club where they enjoyed champagne toasts and a seated dinner surrounded by florals in shades of white. The celebration turned into some Footloose-worthy dance moves you don’t want to miss. It was a fun day in Nashville for Macy and Logan. I’ll let the images tell more of their story.
Guests entered the country club to ice sculpture and champagne. Macy displayed her mother and mother in law’s wedding dresses for guests to see as they made their way to find their escort cards for the seated dinner.
