Last August I photographed a Lookout Mountain wedding and the floral design included artisan Mendy Boyd’s beautiful, hand-dyed silk ribbon on the bouquets. After the wedding, Mendy reached out to me about shooting images for her company, Tinted Studio, branding and website. I happily agreed. I was inspired by it’s earthy colors and timeless appeal. My immediate idea was to style it with antique pieces, so I reached out to the kids people at Scarlett Scales Antiques here in Franklin. They were so kind to accommodate and I love what we created.
