Lyndsey and Phillip were an absolute dream to work with from their fall Engagement Session all the way through their wedding, which was rescheduled from May to October due to COVID. They are such a sweet couple and were happy and positive throughout their planning process that proved to be a bit more challenging in 2020. They had Meghan Cease of M. Elizabeth Events on their team to help them leap over every hurdle to produce the absolute perfect October wedding day on Lake Martin with an epic surprise reception entrance by boat. Two moments that stood out to me? First, their sunset cruise and reception entrance with guests raising their glasses and cheering. As we were riding on the boat at sunset, Phillip and Lyndsey were toasting with champagne and Phillip stood up and proudly announced, “433 days! I asked you to marry me 433 days ago and I wanted to marry you right then! So glad it finally happened!” My second favorite moment was when they were cutting their cake, because God was painting the most incredible sunset over the lake for them. It was truly the sweetest of days. I’ll let the images tell the rest of their story…
