Wow! I am so behind on my blog posting. We went to Old Baker Farm today with some dear friends to pick the perfect pumpkins. It was our first time to go to this particular patch. There were lots of things going on, one of which was a demonstration of Indian ritual dances. So, I took a break from photographing my kids and turned my camera on the dancing. The costumes were so bright and colorful I just had to capture them. I know this is quite different from my usual posts of children, but it’s always fun to throw in an element of surprise! The biggest surprise we got today was that all of the pumpkins from the patch had been picked, so here came truckloads of pumpkins for the kids to choose right out of the box! Needless to say, we didn’t have to do a lot of searching! Happy carving everyone! And, if you’re like us, it’s time to pull out The Charlie Brown movies!
WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!! as beautiful as anything i have ever seen girl you are so talented!!!
Thanks Liz! It’s always fun to shoot something different. Too bad I forgot my flash card at the Miley Cyrus concert!
